A large scale project, involving civil engineering, landscaping and surfacing of a major car park in Ipswich.

With in excess of four thousand square metres of surfacing to lay, this was a large job which required huge amounts of preparation, as well as a colossal amount of work when laying the tarmac itself. With the area being entirely derelict upon starting the work, substantial demolition and removal of materials was needed, as well as the careful planning in regards to the civils side, with the laying of 300  'Aco Channels' amongst other drainage activities. With the building of planters as well as the installation of walls and barriers, this combined all elements of the work that C.Sansom Ltd carry out on a regular basis. When the area was stoned up and prepped, the 5 day process of laying the tarmac began, achieving a smooth and high quality finish.
